The casting is almost complete with just some fine adjustments needed (see link on the right). We will be rehearsing twice a week:
Wednesday meet 7:00, start prompt 7:15
Sunday 2:15 meet, start prompt at 2:30.
We welcome some new actors this year: Maggie Simmons, Niall Graham, Abby Oglethorpe & Lucy Wright.

2010 NEW PRODUCTION!!!
STARS REQUIRED!You are invited to attend in The Parish Centre on Sunday 4th September 2009 at 2:30 pm for a read-through of the script. This will help with allocation of parts.
This year the pantomime has been specially written by Bill Bell and the director will be Martin Dearnley.
Needed (all ages!):
Players, dancers, singers, costume makers, scenery makers, stage hands, sound & lighting engineers.
The performances will be early February 2010.

All Over!
Well it's all over for 2008. I'm very pleased with all the effort everyone put in.
The end result was brilliant, very funny & enjoyed by all the audiences.

Final countdown!
This is the final countdown for rehearsals:
Friday 23rd January 7:00 pm rehearsal without music.
Sunday 25th January 2:00 dress rehearsal with all props, scene changes, costumes but no make-up.
Tuesday 29th January 7:00 full dress rehearsal. Please arrive no later than 6:30.

Getting closer!
We welcome Charlotte Kitson who is joining us to add strength to the chorus of villagers.
On Saturday 12th there is a visit to Normanton to hire any additional costumes needed. You can either meet at St Ignatius at 10:40 and go with me or you can go directly to the place in Normanton for about 11:00. It is an old chapel adjacent to the council offices

Watch this space!
We are now having a rest for Christmas and New Year.
There will be a visit to Normanton early in 2008 (possibly first week) to organise any additional costumes we may need but the date & time are still to be arranged. I will post on here as soon as I have a date & time.
